Q. How do you deliver a product?
A. We deliver your ordering product(s) to your claiming address at 4:00pm - 6:00pm on Saturday.
In case that you are not at your claiming address one we arrive and delivery is inot completed, additional charge for delivery will be required to you and some product may not be delivered to you. (e.g. Cuisine)
We don't take any responsibility or liability for such a case.
Q. How will I know when Sake Armor will be delivered to me.
A. We will contact you in 3 working-days after your order has been completed with delivery date.
Q. How much for delivery fee?
A. Price is including delivery fee.
Q. When is the soonest timing I have a product?
A. About regular products, we stop a order accepting for a closest Saturday delivery every Wednesday.
Some of items need more time to product and deliver (e.g. Sake armor), and we will get back to you in 3 working-days after you order has been completed.
Q.How should I do in case that I want to change my delivery date?
A. Let us know your request by the last Wednesday to your delivery date.
After Thursday, we any requests for changing the date with any reasons. In case you can not receive it, we treat it as a cancellation with no refund.
Q. How should I do in case that I want to cancel my order?
A. About regular product, you can cancel your order by the last Wednesday to your delivery date.
After Thursday, we treat it as a cancellation with no refund.
Cancellation fee is required for some of products (e.g. Sake armor), please check each product detail page about it.
